Abracon ALND-WB Low Noise Amplifiers (LNAs)

Abracon ALND-WB Low Noise Amplifiers (LNAs) are designed using advanced InGaAs pHEMT or GaAs E/D-pHEMT processes, featuring wideband operation from 0.8GHz to 10.5GHz. These devices are available in 16-pin (3mm x 3mm), 24-pin (6mm x 6mm), 32-pin (5mm x 5mm) QFN, and 6-pin (1.45mm x 1.0mm) DFN packages.

The Abracon MMIC low-noise amplifiers (ALND-WB-008, ALND-WB-009, ALND-WB-0010, ALND-WB-0011, and ALND-WB-0012) are designed for superior performance across the 800MHz to 10.5GHz frequency range. These amplifiers deliver high gain (up to 32dB) and low noise figures (as low as 0.70dB), ensuring enhanced signal clarity and system sensitivity. The compact Quad Flat No-lead (QFN) packaging supports space-constrained designs, while tunable bias and DC-decoupled I/Os offer design flexibility. Ideal for L/S/C/X band radar systems, phased arrays, satellite communications, instrumentation, and telecom applications, these LNAs provide reliable solutions for advanced RF systems.

The ALNB-WB-13, a low-power, high-linearity GNSS LNA device, delivers ultra-low noise and wideband coverage from 1165MHz to 1610MHz, enabling simultaneous GNSS reception (GPS, GLONASS, Beidou, Galileo, NavIC) with a single matching network. It delivers a 0.5dB NF (high-band), industry-leading P1dB and IIP3/IIP2, and adjustable current as low as 2mA for 1.2V to 3.6V operation, making the ALNB-WB-13 ideal for applications where battery life is a key focus.
