ABLIC S-191AxA Window Voltage Detector
ABLIC S-191AxA Window Voltage Detector is designed to detect undervoltage and overvoltage. This detector features an internally fixed detection and release voltage with an accuracy of ±1.5%. The power supply pin and the detection voltage input pin (SENSE pin) are prepared to stabilize the output when the SENSE pin voltage (VSENSE) falls to 0V. The S-191AxA window voltage detector offers a manual reset function that changes the comparator input voltage of the internal circuit and the detector is forcibly put into the detection status. This allows the diagnosis of anomalies in the detector, such as erroneous release. This detector offers Nch open-drain output form. The S-191AxA window voltage detector features a detection response time of 10µs, 15% release delay time accuracy 1.5µA current consumption. Typical applications include voltage monitoring of automotive ECUs, ADAS, and overvoltage detection of power supply for automotive electric components.
