MCC’s auto-grade 150mW Zener diode family features durable protection with compactness, affordability, and versatility for many applications. These diodes are AEC-Q101 qualified and come in a compact DFN1006 package with 1mm x 0.6mm package dimensions and are used in applications where space is limited.
