High-Temperature X7R Dielectric Capacitors

KEMET High-Temperature X7R Dielectric Capacitors are formulated and designed for extreme temperature applications. They are constructed of a robust, proprietary Base Metal Electrode (BME) dielectric system and are capable of reliable operation in temperatures up to 175°C. KEMET High-Temperature X7R capacitors are ideally suited for high-temperature bypass and decoupling applications or frequency-discriminating circuits where Q and stability of capacitance characteristics are not critical.
