Moduli di potenza del convertitore buck TPSM8282x/TPSM8282xA

I moduli di potenza per buck converter TPSM8282x/TPSM8282xA 1A/2A/3A di Texas Instruments sono convertitori in un modulo di potenza MicroSiP™ ottimizzato per soluzioni di dimensioni ridotte e ad alta efficienza. I moduli di potenza di TI integrano un convertitore step-down sincrono e un induttore per semplificare progettazione, ridurre componenti esterni e risparmiare area sulla PCB. La soluzione compatta e a basso profilo è adatta per l'assemblaggio automatizzato da parte di apparecchiature a montaggio superficiale standard. Il convertitore opera in modalità PWM con una frequenza di commutazione nominale di 4 MHz ed entra automaticamente in modalità di funzionamento a risparmio energetico a correnti a carico leggero per massimizzare l'efficienza.
