Il supervisore di tensione di precisione TPS3899/TPS3899-Q1 di Texas Instruments è un supervisore di tensione di precisione, a nano potenza, con precisione di soglia di ±0,5%, rilevamento e ritardo di ripristino programmabili in un package WSON a 6 pin salvaspazio di 1,5 mm x 1,5 mm. Il TPS3899 è un supervisore della tensione ricco di funzionalità che offre le più piccole dimensioni totali della soluzione della sua categoria. L'isteresi integrata, insieme al ritardo programmabile, previene falsi segnali di ripristino durante il monitoraggio di una guida di tensione o di segnali a pulsante.
