Convertitori CC-CC buck singoli da 2,2 MHz serie BD9P

I convertitori CC-CC buck singoli da 2,2 MHz della serie BD9P di ROHM Semiconductor sono convertitori CC-CC buck sincroni in modalità di corrente con MOSFET di potenza integrati. Questi convertitori presentano protezione contro il blocco di sottotensione di ingresso (UVLO), arresto termico (TSD), sovratensione di uscita e corto circuito. I convertitori CC-CC buck della serie BD9P1x-C offrono una commutazione ad ampio spettro selezionabile e una funzione di sincronizzazione esterna. Questi convertitori CC-CC operano in un intervallo di tensione di alimentazione da 3,5 V a 40 V e in un intervallo di temperatura da -40°C a +125°C. I convertitori BD9P di ROHM Semiconductor sono adatti per alimentazioni del settore automobilistico e di consumo.
