Regolatori LDO industriali BDxxC0A-C e BDxxC0AW-C

ROHM Semiconductor BDxxC0A-C e BDxxC0AW-C regolatori a bassa caduta di tensione (LDO) per consumi industriali; funzionalità a bassa potenza alta corrente capacità e alta tensione resistenza. Questi regolatori LDO sono disponibili con uscite di tensione variabili e fisse e un interruttore di arresto selezionabile. Sono integrati la protezione da sovracorrente (per proteggere il circuito integrato dalla distruzione causata da corto circuitoin uscita ), l'interruttore ON/OFF della corrente del circuito (per impostare il circuito 0μA in modalitàdi spegnimento) e il circuito di spegnimento termico (per proteggere il circuito integrato dalla distruzione da calore in condizioni di sovraccarico ).
