Halo Microelectronics HL7507 3MHz 1.5A Buck Converters are synchronous buck converters designed to supply different sub-systems of portable applications. The HL7507 series features a 0.3V to 2.75V output voltage range, 2.5V to 5.5V input voltage range, and 1.5A maximum output current. These converters provide input undervoltage lockout, thermal shutdown, and overcurrent and short-circuit protection. Halo Microelectronics HL7507 3MHz 1.5A Buck Converters are offered in a 1.6mm x 1.6mm DFN-6 package and are ideal for data cards, smartphones, tablets, and handheld devices.
