BM6337x/BM6357x Intelligente IGBT-Leistungsmodule

Die intelligenten BM6337x/BM6357x IGBT-Leistungsmodule (IPMs)   von ROHM bestehen aus Gate-Treibern, Bootstrap-Dioden, IGBTs und Schwungrad-Dioden. Diese 600 V IPMs verfügen über einen Kollektorstrom von 10 A bis zu 30 A. Die   BM6337x/BM6357x Bauteile von ROHM eignen sich hervorragend für Motorsteuerungsapplikationen der Klasse    AC100 bis 240 Vrms (DC-Spannung: weniger als 400 V) und andere Applikationen wie Kompressormotorsteuerung für Klimaanlagen, Waschmaschinen oder Kühlschränke.
