SC189 regolatori step-down

I regolatori step down SC189 di Semtech forniscono fino a 1,5 A di corrente di uscita in un pacchetto 2 mm x 2 mm ultra-piccolo a basso profilo o un pacchetto SOT23-5 a basso costo. Con solo tre componenti di filtro esterni, l'SC189 è una soluzione completa di regolatore step-down. I regolatori SC189 presentano un intervallo di tensione di ingresso da 2,9 V a 5,5 V con uscite programmate in fabbrica da 1,0 V a 3,3 V o uscita regolabile tramite un partitore resistivo esterno.
