The components are manufactured using MACOM's patented aluminum gallium arsenide (AlGaAs) PIN diode process. MACOM 80GHz to 100GHz Wideband Control Products are suitable for applications including aerospace and defense, medical, passive imaging, radiometry, SatCom, and test instrumentation.
