IS31FL329x LED Drivers

Lumissil IS31FL329x LED Drivers are 3-, 6-, and 9-channel LED drivers. These LED drivers consume less than 400µA when fully operational and only 0.3µA when placed into sleep mode. Each LED channel sinks up to 40mA with an accuracy of ±5% between channels and parts. These LED drivers have a dedicated 12-bit PWM register for each channel that enables accurate color mixing of the Red, Green, and Blue LEDs. The IS31FL329x LED drivers with an integrated “auto breath” engine will create gamma-corrected fade ON/Off transition cycles over some time. These devices are suitable for battery-powered IoT applications such as wearables, BLUETOOTH® appliances, AI speakers, personal grooming, and medical devices.

IS32LT3175N/P Single-Channel Linear LED Drivers

ISSI IS32LT3175N/P Single-Channel Linear LED Drivers come with fade in/out and PWM dimming. The regulators serve as a stand-alone LED driver-configurable from 20mA to 150mA with external resistors, no microcontroller is necessary. A logic level “courtesy light” signal from the PWM pin can be interfaced to precisely drive the LED channel. The IS32LT3175P obtains a positive polarity PWM signal. In addition, the IS32LT3175N obtains a negative polarity PWM signal. The regulator integrates a 63-step fade-in and fades out the algorithm (Gamma correction). This causes the output LED current to increasingly rise up to the full source value after the EN pin is pulsed.
