SMV20xx Hyperabrupt Junction Varactor Diodes

Skyworks SMV20xx Hyperabrupt Junction Varactor Diodes are processed using established ion-implantation technology. These diodes feature low series resistance and wide tuning ratio devices with high Q values. The SMV20xx planar chips have a small outline size and are fully passivated in low leakage and high reliability. These planar chips also feature SPICE model parameters and small footprint chip design. Different variants of varactor diodes are available based on factors like power ratings, electrical specification, and typical capacitance values. These hyperabrupt junction varactor diodes are ideal to use in Voltage Controlled Oscillators (VCO).
