ISO654x/ISO654x-Q1 Quad - Funktions-Isolatoren

Die Quad-Channel- FunktionsIsolatoren ISO654x/ISO654x-Q1 von Texas Instruments sind für kostensensible, platzbeschränkte Applikationen gedacht, die eine Isolierung für nicht sicherheitsrelevante Applikationen erfordern. Die Isolierung unterstützt vorübergehende Überspannungen von 707 VRMS/ 10.00VDC und eine Betriebsspannung von 400 VRMS/ 5.66VDC. Die ISO654x Bauteile bieten eine hohe EMC Leistung und isolieren gleichzeitig CMOS- oder LVCMOS Digital-E/As. ISO654x verwendet SiO2 als Isolierung. Jede Isolierung verfügt über einen Logikschaltung und Ausgangsbuffer die durch die Isolierung getrennt sind. Diese Bauteile verfügen über Aktivierungs-Pins mit denen die jeweiligen Ausgänge auf hohe Impedanz gesetzt werden können.
