IS32LT3175N/P Single-Channel Linear LED Drivers

ISSI IS32LT3175N/P Single-Channel Linear LED Drivers come with fade in/out and PWM dimming. The regulators serve as a stand-alone LED driver-configurable from 20mA to 150mA with external resistors, no microcontroller is necessary. A logic level “courtesy light” signal from the PWM pin can be interfaced to precisely drive the LED channel. The IS32LT3175P obtains a positive polarity PWM signal. In addition, the IS32LT3175N obtains a negative polarity PWM signal. The regulator integrates a 63-step fade-in and fades out the algorithm (Gamma correction). This causes the output LED current to increasingly rise up to the full source value after the EN pin is pulsed.

MP3320B 4-Channel Synchronous LED Drivers

Monolithic Power Systems (MPS) MP3320B 4-Channel Synchronous LED Drivers are boost RGBW LED drivers that operate from 2V to 5.5V input voltage (VIN) range. Each channel in these 4-Channel LED drivers reaches a maximum current of up to 102mA and up to 5.4V maximum output voltage (VOUT). The MP3320B LED drivers integrate an I2C interface with up to 16 configurable I2C addresses via an external resistor. These 4-channel LED drivers feature Pulse-Width Modulation (PWM) dimming and analog dimming for each LED channel. The MP3320B LED drivers include safety functions such as LED open protection, LED short protection, Over-Voltage Protection (OVP), and Over-Temperature Protection (OTP). Typical applications include wearable devices, smart and intelligent devices, and LED indicators.
