TPS3890/TPS3890-Q1 Präzisionsspannungsüberwachungen

Die TPS3890/TPS3890-Q1 Präzisionsspannungsüberwachungen von Texas Instruments bieten einen niedrigen Ruhestrom, der Systemspannungen bis hinunter auf 1,15 V überwacht. Der Baustein aktiviert ein Open-Drain-RESET-Signal, wenn die SENSE-Spannung unter eine voreingestellte Schwelle oder der Kontakt bei der manuellen Rücksetzung (HR) auf einen logischen LOW-Pegel fällt. Der RESET-Ausgang bleibt für die benutzerdefinierbare Verzögerungszeit niedrig, nachdem die SENSE-Spannung und der manuelle Rücksetz-(HR) über die jeweiligen Schwellenwerte zurückgehen. Die Produktfamilie TPS3890/TPS3890-Q1 verwendet eine Präzisionsreferenz für eine Schwellwertgenauigkeit von 1 %. Die Reset-Verzögerungszeit kann vom Benutzer durch Verbindung des CT-Pins mit einem externen Kondensator zwischen 40 µs und 30 s eingestellt werden. Der TPTPS3890/TPS3890-Q1 hat einen sehr niedrigen Ruhestrom von 2,1 µA und ist in einem kleinen 1,5 mm×1,5 mm-Gehäuse verfügbar, wodurch sich dieses Bauteil für batteriebetriebene und platzbeschränkte Applikationen gut eignet. Dieser Baustein ist für den Temperaturbereich von -40 °C bis +125 °C (TJ) spezifiziert. Die TPS3890-Q1 Bauteile sind laut AEC-Q100 für Automobil-Applikationen zugelassen.
