This diode is an ESD suppressor, comes in a DFN0603-2L package size, and protects one bidirectional I/O line. The STN061050B351 has a UL 94V-0 flammability rating for the molding compound and meets IEC 61000-4-2 (ESD) specifications. Eaton Electronics STN061050B351 TVS Diode is suitable for USB ports, display ports, wireless communications, and digital visual interfaces (DVI).

Automotive-Rated HP TVS Diodes

Eaton Automotive-Rated High Power Transient Voltage Suppression (HP TVS) Diodes provide overvoltage protection for electronic equipment with fast response times, low clamping voltage, and high peak current capability. These highly reliable TVS diodes are AEC-Q101 qualified and come in both surface-mount and radial/through-hole footprints. Battery Management Systems
