ISO773x/-Q1 Dreikanal-Digitalisolatoren

Die Dreikanal-Digitalisolatoren ISO773x/ISO773x-Q1 von Texas Instruments sind mit Isolationswerten von 5000 VRMS (DW-Gehäuse) und 2500 VRMS (DBQ-Gehäuse) gemäß UL 1577 erhältlich. Diese Bauteile bieten hohe elektromagnetische Immunität und geringe Emissionen bei geringem Stromverbrauch und isolieren dabei CMOS oder LVCMOS digitale I/Os. Jeder Isolationskanal hat logische Eingangs- und Ausgangspuffer, die durch eine Siliziumoxid-Isolationsbarriere (SiO2) getrennt sind. Dieses Bauteil verfügt über Freigabe-PINs, die dazu verwendet werden können, die jeweiligen Ausgänge für Multimaster-Fahranwendungen auf hohe Impedanz zu schalten bzw. Strom zu sparen. Die Bauteile ISO7730/ISO7730-Q1 besitzen drei Kanäle in der gleichen Richtung, die ISO7731/ISO7731-Q1 besitzen drei Vorwärtskanäle und einen Rückwärtskanal. Der Standardausgang ist 'niedrig' für Bauelemente mit dem Zusatz 'F' und 'hoch' für Bauelemente ohne den Zusatz 'F' im Falle des Verlusts von Eingangsleistung oder Signal. Die Bauteile ISO773x-Q1 sind für Automobil-Applikationen AEC-Q100-qualifiziert.
