EZ-PD™ CCG7S USB Einzelport-USB-C-Power-Delivery-Modul

Das Einzelport-USB-Type-C®-Power-Delivery-Modul EZ-PD™ CCG7S von Infineon Technologies bietet eine USB-C-Power-Delivery-Lösung (PD) mit einem Abwärts-Aufwärts-Controller und der Option für integrierte MOSFETs. Es entspricht den USB-Typ-C- und PD-Spezifikationen (Version 3.2) und ist für Anwendungen wie Ladegeräte für das Armaturenbrett, Ladegeräte für den Rücksitz sowie Unterhaltungssysteme für den Rücksitz vorgesehen. Die Integrationen reduzieren das BOM und bieten eine optimierte Grundfläche für Lösungen mit einer Ausgangsleistung von bis zu 100 W. Der EZ-PD CCG7S von Infineon Technologies ist für Fahrzeuganwendungen zugelassen und gemäß der Norm AEC-Q100 Grade 2 validiert.
