Analog Devices Inc. ADM7154/5 600mA Lineare HF-Regler
Der Analog Devices ADM7154/5 600mA lineare HF-Regler wird über 2,3V bis 5,5V betrieben und bietet bis zu 600mA Ausgangsstrom. Der ADM7155 ist ein einstellbarer linearer Regler, der über 2,3V bis 5,5V betrieben wird und bis zu 600mA Laststrom liefert. Der ADM7154 bietet 16 Standard-Ausgangsspannungen. Je nach Modell des ADM7155 sind Ausgangsspannungen von 1,2V bis 3,4V möglich. Mit einer eigenen, modernen Architektur bieten der ADM7154 und der ADM7155 eine hohe Versorgungsspannungsunterdrückung, ultra-geringes Rauschen und hervorragende Netz-und Last-Einschwingverhalten mit lediglich einem 10μF Keramik-Ausgangskondensator.
