All STM8L101x MCUs feature low power low-voltage single-supply program Flash memory. The 8-Kbyte devices embed data EEPROM. The STMicroelectronics STM8L151xx and STM8L152xx MCU families are pin-to-pin compatible with STM8L101xx devices.
