SBS®75x Connectors

Anderson Power Products SBS®75x Connector provides high power and auxiliary connections in a single housing. Wire-to-wire and wire-to-board configurations feature two power contacts rated up to 110 amps and up to 4 auxiliary power contacts rated up to 20 amps. The patented SBS®75x Connector complies with IEC60950 finger proof requirements to provide user protection and safety. This is of particular importance in applications where DC voltages exceed 30 volts and can be health threatening. The auxiliary pin contacts on the wire connector are available in four lengths when sequencing is required. Auxiliaries have a mate last / break first connection in relation to the power contacts. All contact positions are rated for circuit interruption (hot plugging).

Multipole Connectors

Anderson Power Products Multipole Connectors are genderless connectors with  color coded mechanical voltage keys to prevent mismatching power supplies and electrical outlets. With 2 to 3 primary power positions, the SB ® connectors feature flat wiping contacts that offer a low resistance connection with a sacrificial tip for hot plugging. SBE®, SBX®, SBO®, and SBS® Connectors provide the ability to incorporate up to 8 auxiliary circuits and helps prevent fingers or probes from accidentally touching live contacts.

SBE80 / SBO60 Connectors

Anderson Power Products SBE80 / SBO60 Connectors build on the capability of two-pole SB series connectors by offering up to eight auxiliary power / signal contacts along with an IEC 60950 touch-safe housing. The touch-safe interface of the APP SBE80 / SBO60 series minimizes potential contact with live circuits. The center of the main connector features a connector holder for two PP15-45 connectors, two PPMX connectors, or a 1x4 auxiliary connector. The silver-plated wire contacts enable UL-rated currents up to 80A per pole.

E-Mobility Solutions

Anderson Power Products E-Mobility Solutions products feature modern manufacturing techniques, rigorous quality control measures, and extensive testing. These connectors are designed to bring power, or power and signaling, to and from e-mobility equipment, including batteries to chargers, batteries to motors or controllers, and chargers to monitoring systems.
